You will meet our Mental Health manager and field worker, Helena Jonsdottir, sharing her experience as a psychologist, giving you insights on how it is to work in the field for MSF.

Info meeting in Reykjavik, September 15th

You will meet our HR project coordinator and field worker, Lara Jonasdottir, sharing her experience as HR specialist, giving you insights on how it is to work in the field for MSF.  And Dr. Gunnar Audolfsson, reputed plastic surgeon, who will share his experience as a doctor in the Field.

At our next information meeting, you will meet Hans-Peter who has been on several assignments as an HR-manager, and a project coordinator, and Lars who has been on several assignments as a construction specialist. In addition, our recruitment responsible will talk about what is required from you who wants to become a fieldworker. You will have the opportunity to ask questions to the presenters.

About information meetings about fieldwork

Information meetings are an important part of our recruitment process. Anyone considering applying for a position as a fieldworker should participate in or see a recording of a meeting before applying. The meeting is without obligation and anyone interested in learing more about fieldwork is welcome. At these meetings you will meet our recruitment responsible, who will inform you about our requirements, as well as provide some more practical information about going on a field assignment. One of our fieldworkers will also be there to tell you about their experiences from the field.
